Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Fashion Designer located in los angeles, CA. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and trend-driven designs, developing technical specifications, collaborating with the production team, managing fittings, and selecting the highest quality textiles and materials. The position demands a balance of creativity and technical knowledge to contribute to the success of diverse fashion projects.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Fashion Design and a strong portfolio showcasing creative concepts and successful designs.
- Proficiency in working with Textiles and ability to select and source appropriate materials for design projects.
- Skills in Fitting and technical adjustments to ensure garments meet quality and aesthetic standards.
- Experience with Embroidery design and implementation within fashion collections.
- Strong organizational and collaborative skills to ensure alignment across product development and manufacturing stages.
- Proficiency in relevant design software and technologies is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a creative or production role is a plus.
