Job Description
Position: Local Area Marketing Coordinator (DFW area) Responsibilities:
Increase awareness in local communities and help to drive customer traffic to locations within a designated market
Increase general brand awareness through distribution promotional items
Develop and manage relationships within the community (i.e. schools, youth sports programs, day cares)
Perform local grassroot marketing to key businesses to raise awareness
Identify event opportunities in designated market and coordinate/execute all aspects of event
Evaluate each event and provide reports/recommendations for future participation
Attend, oversee and obtain pictures for all events
Photograph local school happenings and use to create social posts for all schools
Assist in companywide campaign roll outs
Communication and organization responsibilities
Participate in and attend marketing meetings
Communication on all events to Area Supervisor, Marketing, etc.
Skills and Experience
General knowledge of social media platforms
Self-starter/Self-motivator - can identify and pursue opportunities
Ability to influence others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attentive to details

Ability to work as a strong team player in a challenging, growing environment
Must be highly organized and have the ability to assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and changing demands
Requirements
Travel - time will be spent between 10 locations and events, in some cases may require weekends (no overnights)
