Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is seeking a Marketing Manager for our New York headquarters, reporting to the Vice President of Communications. The Marketing Manager will lead the company’s corporate marketing and branding initiatives, including print and digital publications, social media, portfolio-wide event programs that showcase new development condominium properties, and — critically — new business development. The Marketing Manager will play a central role in a team working to aggressively grow Corcoran Sunshine’s market share and to increase awareness of the company as an industry leader in new markets. This is an in-office role based in New York City.
Corporate Marketing
Own and advance corporate marketing initiatives under the direction of the VP of Communications, with support from the Marketing Specialist; develop marketing plans, programs, timelines, and budgets
Lead planning and execution of portfolio-wide event series from concept through completion, overseeing all creative and multi-channel promotions
Track the performance of corporate marketing initiatives and provide data and analysis-based recommendations to the internal CS team and leadership
Manage relationships with creative agencies, PR firms, media buyers, social media consultants, and other ancillary professionals; oversee production of all promotional materials including digital communications, print publications, and CS reports
Maintain and implement updates to the company website and information displayed on websites of affiliated brokerages and industry partners, ensuring accuracy and strict adherence to brand standards
Maintain the events calendar, resolve scheduling conflicts, coordinate staffing, and manage vendor relationships and budgets
Oversee production of corporate publications, managing editorial calendars and ensuring all content adheres to brand standards
Support digital marketing and social media programs, including collaborative social promotions with partner brokerages
Support the VP of Communications in developing and executing PR strategy; maintain and expand relationships with media and partner agencies
New Business
Work closely with senior leadership, including the VP of Communications, to develop content, messaging, and presentation materials for new business pursuits
Lead production of new business pitch decks, proposals, and presentations, translating ideas, data, and provided content into clear, well-structured, and visually polished deliverables
Maintain, format, and update new business templates to ensure consistency in layout, branding, and overall quality across all pitches; manage shared drive filing systems to ensure easy access to current materials
Incorporate feedback and revisions from multiple stakeholders in a timely and organized manner; ensure all deliverables are accurately proofread and aligned with company standards prior to distribution
Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency in the pitch development process; participate in new business pitches and client presentations as appropriate
Requirements
5+ years of marketing, communications, and/or project management experience
Bachelor’s degree required
Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong copy-editing instincts
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with shifting priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong graphic design capabilities required; must be able to produce and manipulate presentations, publications, and marketing materials in harmony with existing brand templates
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) required
Background in luxury marketing, media, architecture, design, fine art, or real estate preferred
New York Real Estate Salesperson’s license required (can be obtained during first year with the company)
Strong judgment and discretion in managing confidential information
