Founded overseas over 20 years ago, the company moved into the US in 2020 and today operates 36 stores in New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts with plans to rapidly expand to over 100 stores up and down the east coast.

About the Role
The Sales Manager in Wholesale & Grocery drives revenue and market share by managing key retail accounts, distributor relationships, and field sales execution. The role balances customer negotiations, trade strategy, and volume-driven performance, often across large territories and high-SKU environments.

Responsibilities

Manage sales performance across wholesale, grocery, and mass retail accounts

Own relationships with key customers (regional and national chains buyers, distributors, brokers)

Work with fields sales and promotion teams to ensure strong execution

Negotiate pricing, promotions, trade spend, and assortment

Forecast demand and manage volume, margin, and inventory flow

Execute category management and planogram compliance

Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams

Monitor competitive activity and market trends

Net sales, volume, and distribution growth

Gross margin and trade spend effectiveness

Promotional lift and ROI

Shelf availability and in‑stock performance

Account penetration and assortment expansion

Forecast accuracy

Pay range and compensation package
The position offers a competitive base salary plus commissions based on revenue generated from sales to the grocery/wholesale segment.

The company is headquartered in the Midland Park NJ area. The position can work from a home office with regular visits to the HQ location.
