We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of day-to-day marketing and commercial initiatives.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations, working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and cross-functional teams to help drive brand visibility, support retail initiatives, and keep projects moving efficiently from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Execution
Execute posting and engagement across social platforms (IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Capture light lifestyle and product content (iPhone-based photo/video)
Monitor comments, messages, and customer interaction
Assist in maintaining a consistent brand voice and presence
Support sales team with marketing assets, product information, and communications
Assist in preparation for trade shows, retailer presentations, and seasonal launches
Help coordinate initiatives tied to retail partners and account growth
Project Coordination
Coordinate between internal leadership and external creative partners (designers, photographers, agencies)
Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple projects
Ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and aligned with business objectives
Take initiative in identifying ways to improve processes and support team efficiency
Administrative & Operational Support
Create and manage purchase orders (POs) and track expenses
Assist with logistics, reporting, and internal documentation
Provide direct support to the Chief Commercial Officer across a variety of initiatives
Qualifications
Required
Strong understanding of social media platforms and engagement best practices
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Office 365 / AI / Canva / Digital Asset Management / scheduling/project management utilities.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or similar role
Basic content creation skills (photography/video—mobile is fine)
Experience working across teams or coordinating projects
Compensation
Base Salary:
$45,000 – $55,000 (depending on experience)
Opportunity for performance-based increases as responsibilities expand
