Overview
We’re looking for seven confident, charismatic, and highly capable Event Managers to lead a series of exciting in-store activations across Walmart locations. This is not your typical staffing role; this is for someone who can truly own the experience from start to finish.

If you’re the kind of person who can set it up, run it, engage a crowd, and break it down like a pro, all while keeping the energy high, we want you on this team.

The Event Manager will independently oversee all aspects of each in‑store activation, including setting up and breaking down a high‑impact branded booth, managing product and equipment, and ensuring the space is visually appealing and fully operational. They will retrieve and organize product, maintain the cooler to keep beverages properly chilled, and prepare and serve samples while following food‑safe practices. Throughout the activation, they will actively engage with shoppers, educating them on the product, answering questions, and creating an energetic, welcoming experience inspired by K‑pop and Korean culture. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable working solo, while delivering a seamless and memorable brand experience from start to finish.
