Job Description
In order to market several digital businesses that we have or will soon launch, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person with experience in complete Social Media Marketing that involves posting strategy making, content creation, posts designing, and social media advertisement. You will play a pivotal role in our digital marketing initiatives as a Social Media Specialist, leveraging your knowledge of various social media platforms to increase our visibility online and foster meaningful interactions with our target demographic. Responsibilities
Identify trends in customer engagement and build digital plans based on those trends.
Analyze the company’s digital marketing plan/social media strategy and recommend improvements.
Develop post strategy, content, designs, and manage social media advertising.
Create, edit, publish, and share daily content (thought leadership, images, videos, HTML) to engage audiences.
Develop creative content tailored to each platform and demographic.
Collaborate with sales executives and project managers to align social media plans with sales goals.
Build and optimize corporate pages on all platforms.
Maintain and develop content across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google My Business, YouTube, Reddit, Quora, Bluesky, Artifact, Tumblr, and website updates.
Oversee public interaction on social media following guidelines to maintain community engagement.
Conduct weekly or bi‑weekly statistical analysis of performance.
Manage reputation by identifying key players and coordinating actions with other departments.
Monitor developments in social media (particularly AI) and advise on fine‑tuning advertising strategies.
Demonstrate familiarity with AI‑powered platforms for collaborative content creation, scalability, and dissemination.
Possess strong verbal and written communication and in‑depth knowledge of social media management and strategy.
Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Work well under intense time constraints and pressure.
Must use Canva proficiently.
Expertise in using major social networking platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok).
Ability to measure and improve search engine rankings and website traffic.
Qualifications & Experience
Undergraduate degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Media Sciences, or a closely connected discipline.
At least three years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
Experience with content marketing and social media for at least three years, either in‑house or agency.
Strong public relations and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to persuade prospective clients about the company’s products or services.
Proficient in online marketing tool tactics.
Professional Microsoft Office skills.
Expertise in multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
Requirements
Proven experience running campaigns on social media platforms.
Hands‑on experience in post strategy development, content development, designs, and social media advertising.
Ability to handle pressure with calmness.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
