Position Overview
We are seeking a Sr. Creative Marketing Copywriter to join our growing marketing team. This role is responsible for developing compelling, persuasive, and creative messaging that communicates the value of our automotive finance and insurance (F&I) products to dealerships, agents, and consumers. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and strong storyteller who can transform complex products into clear, engaging marketing campaigns that drive interest, understanding, and sales. This position works closely with designers, marketing strategists, and stakeholders to develop integrated campaigns across print, digital, and dealer‑facing marketing materials. This role will also support marketing initiatives across multiple subsidiary brands, including AiAuto, 1800Warranty, ServiceContract.com, and other affiliated companies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts, messaging, and copy for integrated marketing campaigns promoting F&I products, including vehicle service contracts, GAP protection, and ancillary products.

Write engaging headlines, taglines, and campaign messaging aligned with brand strategy and product positioning.

Collaborate with designers and creative leadership to ensure cohesive visual and verbal storytelling across campaigns.

Create persuasive and engaging copy across a wide variety of marketing channels, including product brochures and dealer sales materials, dealer marketing programs and promotional campaigns, website pages and landing pages, email marketing campaigns, digital advertisements and social media content, direct mail marketing campaigns, sales presentations, pitch decks, training materials, video scripts and promotional content.

Maintain and strengthen consistent brand voice and messaging across all marketing materials.

Simplify complex financial and protection products into clear, benefit‑driven messaging tailored to specific audiences.

Ensure all content aligns with broader marketing strategies and business objectives.

Develop messaging that enables automotive dealerships to effectively communicate the value of F&I products to vehicle buyers.

Create sales‑enablement content that supports dealership sales teams, increases product understanding, and drives adoption.

Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all written communications.

Proofread and edit marketing copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, tone, and brand consistency.

Review and refine department content to ensure professionalism, readability, and effectiveness across all channels.

Performs additional responsibilities at the discretion of management in support of business objectives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field required.

Minimum of 6-10+ years of experience in marketing copywriting, advertising, or brand marketing.

Strong portfolio demonstrating creative campaign copy and marketing materials.

Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.

Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread and refine your own work.

Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and persuasive messaging.

Experience collaborating with designers and marketing teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Automotive, finance, or insurance industry experience preferred.

Experience writing for both B2B and consumer audiences preferred.

Understanding of marketing best practices such as SEO, digital marketing, and conversion‑focused messaging preferred.

Familiarity with direct response marketing and dealer‑focused campaigns preferred.
