Title: Account Executive
Type: Full time- Salaried exempt
Salary Range: $65k - $80k Base (DOE) + commissions
Location: Lawrence NY - in the office 4 days per week - one day remote optional

The Role (What You’ll Do)
As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for winning new business and expanding existing accounts throughout the US. This is a high-activity role built around phone + Video call outreach, strong follow‑up, and learning a repeatable sales process.

Core Responsibilities

Prospect daily via phone, email, and Google Meet to book meetings and build pipeline

Sell new accounts and expand current client relationships (upsell/cross‑sell)

Ensure satisfaction of your current clients, with scheduled follow‑ups

Run discovery calls, qualify pain, and gather required info (e.g., invoices/property list)

Present WSS value clearly: savings, predictability, operational relief

Maintain clean CRM hygiene: notes, next steps, follow‑ups, stages

Partner with leadership/ops to move deals forward and ensure smooth handoffs

Attend local networking events, industry meetups, and conferences when possible

Hit weekly activity and pipeline targets (calls, meetings set, opportunities created)

What Success Looks Like (Outcomes)

Consistent meeting volume from outbound activity

A healthy, growing pipeline with clear next steps

Closed‑won new logos + expanded revenue in current accounts

Strong follow‑up discipline and accurate forecasting

Who You Are

Comfortable with heavy calling and learning through repetition

Competitive, coachable, and consistent — you do the work daily

Strong communicator who can simplify value and ask for the next step

Organized and disciplined with follow‑up and CRM

Interest in multifamily and commercial B2B services, or cost‑savings/value selling

Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)

Multifamily, B2B and commercial industry exposure (PMCs, owners/operators, prop‑tech, franchises, services)

Waste industry knowledge or vendor‑management experience

SDR, BDR and Inside Sales experience a plus

Salesforce, HubSpot or other similar CRM experience

Requirements

Prior sales/outbound experience

Based near Lawrence NY and able to be in the office 4 days per week

Comfortable with phone, video, and local client‑facing activity

Valid driver’s license and ability to attend local events as needed
