Hellyeah AI is hiring an Account Manager to help manage client communication, follow-ups, meeting notes, task tracking, and delivery coordination across performance marketing accounts.
We are an AI-first performance marketing company working with mobile apps, gaming, AI/SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, and iGaming clients.
This role is for someone organized, proactive, and detail-oriented who can keep clients and internal teams aligned. You do not need to be a media buyer, but you should understand digital marketing, paid media, client service, and how to keep work moving.
Responsibilities

Own day-to-day client communication and follow-ups
Join client calls, take clear notes, and turn discussions into action items
Track tasks, deadlines, approvals, blockers, and next steps across client accounts
Coordinate between marketing, creative, operations, and leadership
Make sure client requests are documented and routed to the right internal owner
Prepare weekly client updates, summaries, and meeting recaps
Help keep client hubs, project boards, and internal trackers accurate
Flag risks, delays, unclear requests, or client issues early
Support account leads with reporting, scheduling, and client-facing organization
Make sure nothing falls through the cracks
Requirements

2+ years of account management, client success, project coordination, or agency experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Very organized and comfortable managing multiple clients or projects at once
Experience working with marketing, creative, paid media, SaaS, or agency teams
Ability to turn messy conversations into clear tasks and next steps
Comfortable using tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, project management tools, and AI tools
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Able to work hybrid in San Francisco
Nice to have

Experience at a performance marketing agency, creative agency, SaaS company, or startup
Familiarity with paid media platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or Snapchat Ads
Experience preparing client reports or weekly performance summaries
Experience using AI tools for meeting notes, summaries, task tracking, or client communication
Important

This is a coordination-heavy role. We need someone who is reliable, responsive, clear, and calm under pressure. The right person will make the team faster and make clients feel taken care of.
