Job Description
This isn't your typical marketing job. We're building something different, a multi-venture real estate ecosystem anchored by ClearPath Estate Services, and we need the right person to build the "brains" behind it.

Your primary focus will be scaling ClearPath, an estate services brand designed to identify and assist homeowners in transition. You'll also serve as a technical right hand across our residential real estate team and real estate development company, using AI to build marketing systems that generate leads, automate follow-ups, and create content that converts.

If you see a manual task and your first instinct is to find an API, you're exactly who we're looking for.

Compensation
$25 - $50 hourly

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do

Build and manage automated marketing workflows using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, and Make.com

Run digital lead for our estate services brand, local SEO, Google Ads, and inbound funnel management

Automate lead nurturing and follow-up sequences for our real estate sales pipeline

Create and manage social media, email campaigns, and blog content using AI tools

Support our development company with AI‑powered outreach and project management systems

Act as a tech‑savvy operational assistant, summarizing meetings, organizing data, and solving problems fast

Qualifications
Who You Are

You’re fluent in AI tools, not just using them, but building workflows and prompts that do real work

You understand marketing funnels from top to bottom and know what moves a lead to a conversion

You can context‑switch between a creative campaign and a data task without missing a beat

You’d rather build a system that runs overnight than repeat the same task twice

Background in Marketing, Communications, or Business Analytics with a serious personal interest in AI
