We’re looking for a confident, commercially minded Senior Account Director to lead our most important client relationships and help drive long‑term growth for TLC and our partners.

This is a role for someone who thrives on connection — with clients, with teams, and with the work. You’ll be trusted by senior stakeholders, respected internally as a calm and credible leader, and motivated by building partnerships that last.

You’ll bring strategic thinking, commercial sharpness, and positive energy to everything you do. You’ll create the conditions for great work to happen, support teams to perform at their best, and help TLC continue to grow in smart, sustainable ways.

What you’ll be doing

  • Act as a senior strategic partner to key clients, building trusted, long‑standing relationships
  • Shape account strategy and growth plans that unlock opportunity for clients and TLC
  • Identify and convert opportunities to deepen partnerships and grow revenue
  • Lead account teams with care, clarity, and ambition, setting high standards while supporting development
  • Own the commercial health of your accounts, including forecasting, profitability, and delivery quality
  • Bring teams together across disciplines to ensure work is joined‑up, focused, and impactful
  • Play a key role in pitches and proposals, helping us win and grow the right business
  • Use insight, data, and experience to guide decisions and keep work moving forward with purpose

Who we’re looking for

  • Strong experience leading and growing client accounts, ideally within marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Confidence working with senior clients and navigating complex stakeholder environments
  • Natural leadership style that brings out the best in people
  • Commercial instinct and a clear understanding of what drives sustainable growth
  • Clear communication, sound judgement, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • A genuine desire to do great work with good people
