Tier One Transmissions is a premier, privately held remanufacturer specializing in performance transmissions and diesel pickup repair. We are looking for an experienced, data driven and highly capable Marketing Manager to lead our brand presence, develop and execute digital marketing strategies, build an effective and efficient team, and oversee our e-commerce and website platforms.
If you are passionate about the automotive industry and have a track record of driving growth through targeted marketing and digital optimization, we want you on our team in Phoenix, Arizona.
Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy and Marketing Campaign Development

Develop and execute a highly effective marketing strategy for Tier One Transmissions, ensuring all campaigns reflect our commitment to excellence and high-quality engineering.
Collaborate with our technical teams to produce compelling, industry-specific content that highlights what makes Tier One an industry leader. This will include digital marketing campaigns tailored to diesel enthusiasts who need to know who Tier One is and are ready, willing and able to make purchases with us.
Create a position within your department for another team member to support you and be instrumental in finding the proper candidate to fill said position.
Website & E-Commerce Oversight

Act as the primary overseer for the company website. This includes ensuring accurate product listings (including descriptions and images), ensuring seamless navigation, and overall optimal user experience.
Monitor online sales performance, track website traffic, manage SEO best practices, and use data-driven insights to increase conversion rates and online visibility.
Troubleshoot and/or update the e-commerce and shop management systems as necessary.
Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with inventory, procurement, and sales teams to align online offerings and active marketing campaigns with current inventory levels, promotions, and timelines.
Report on marketing ROI, website traffic, and other important key performance indicators (KPIs) to the leadership team.
Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in marketing, e-commerce, or website management

Automotive aftermarket industry experience is a significant advantage

Hands-on experience with modern e-commerce and website platforms and their analytic tools

Tier One utilizes Shift4Shop, Shop Monkey, Google Sheets, and other similar platforms

A genuine interest in, or foundational knowledge of, diesel performance and transmission platforms is highly preferred

Specifically modern Ram Cummins, GM Duramax, and Ford Powerstroke

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to write engaging, technically accurate copy for an automotive audience is vital

Extreme attention to detail.

Must be based in or able to commute daily to our location in Phoenix, Arizona.
