Bevyl is the AI brand strategist that optimizes brand marketing across geographies, products, and mediums, starting with a one-click AI video editing engine that turns raw footage into ready-to-post, on-brand short-form content, tailored to platform and voice.

We are 6 months old, and are a venture‑backed pre‑seed startup in NYC with a small but experienced team, live product, and early traction with brands $100M+ annual revenue.

What you’ll do:
As Founding GTM Lead, you’ll support both our B2B sales motion (for larger customers) and marketing for our PLG subscription (for self‑serve SMBs). This is a hands‑on, adaptable role – great for someone who wants to build GTM from scratch and help shape from 0 to 1.

Build and manage a focused funnel of brand and creative leads at consumer brands and agencies.

Design and run thoughtful outbound strategies while qualifying inbound interest and our existing waitlist.

Book, prep, and eventually lead discovery and demo conversations, helping drive pilots and close new customers.

Talk regularly with customers to understand their journeys and pain points, turning feedback into clear strategy, messaging, and use cases Bevyl can reuse.

Shape and iterate on the overall GTM system over time: ICP, sales strategy, GTM playbooks, key processes and sales tech stack.

PLG

Grow our product‑led motion through content, marketing, storytelling, and brand strategy across Bevyl’s owned, paid, and earned channels.

Plan and run marketing campaigns across key channels (social, email, in‑person communities, partnerships, events).

Help optimize the self‑serve funnel end to end: from traffic and signups to activation, usage, and upgrades.

Partner with the founders on focused marketing and pricing experiments to improve conversion and expansion over time.

You might be a great fit if:

You understand brand and marketing teams and can speak their language.

2–4 years in roles like:

Account Manager / Strategist / Media Buyer at a creative or media agency

Sales / Account Management role at a tech company selling to marketers

Brand/growth/partnerships at an early startup with direct customer contact

You’re comfortable driving outreach and getting scrappy.

You have prospecting and outbound experience, ideally in an early‑stage environment.

You learn fast and learn best by jumping in, doing, and iterating on what works.

You’re adaptable to early‑stage unstructured environments.

You can switch between multiple tasks and topics in a week.

You don’t need layers of process; you’re a self‑starter who can create structure where needed.

You’re energized by high ownership in small fast teams.

You want a direct say in who we target, what we say, and what we try next.

You like being close to the product, the founders, and the company’s growth.

Base salary:

$80–100K

(depending on experience).

Equity:

0.1–0.5%

(depending on experience).

Location:

New York City, in‑person

(our team has an office in NYC, number of days in office flexible).
