Influencer Marketing Specialist

Role Description: Short Video Content Creator & Affiliate Partner (KOL/KOC)
NovaFluxT is seeking energetic and culturally savvy Short Video Staff and TikTok Partners to drive our brand presence in the US market. This is a hybrid role involving both on-camera performance and strategic affiliate promotion. You will be responsible for bringing our 3C electronics and beauty product lines to life through high-volume, engaging short-form content.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production: Shoot and perform in short videos (both on-camera and off-camera) tailored for TikTok.

Creative Adaptation: Receive scripts and products from our team, then adjust the scripts to ensure they resonate with American culture, slang, and current trends.

Editing & Delivery: Provide both high-quality edited short videos and raw unedited footage.

Affiliate Promotion: For established KOLs/KOCs, manage your own TikTok accounts to promote NovaFluxT products and drive traffic via in-video links.

High-Volume Output: Maintain a minimum output of 200 short videos per week.

Requirements

Target Market Focus: Expertise specifically in the US TikTok market.

Appearance & Language:

On-Camera: American or European appearance.

Off-Camera/Voiceover: Non-Western appearance is acceptable provided you have a native/fluent American accent.

Cultural Fluency: Deep familiarity with American culture, internet slang, and social media trends.

Product Experience: Prior experience shooting for 3C electronics or Beauty products is highly preferred.

Professional Background: Sales or live-streaming experience is a major plus.

Location: Must be based in Shenzhen for studio access and local collaboration.

Job Details & Qualifications

Age Range: 20-40 years old.

Employment Type: Part-time, long-term, remotely collaboration.

Work Style: Outgoing, independent, and capable of high-speed content delivery.

Samples: Must be able to provide video samples or perform a trial shoot at our Shenzhen studio.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required if professional experience is extensive.

Compensation

Trial Period: Daily settlement.

Contracted Period: Weekly settlement.
