The Role
The Dink is the leading media and events brand in pickleball, the fastest growing sport in the world. We are searching for a talented Social Coordinator to implement and maintain a strong online presence for The Dink Pickleball and Minor League Pickleball (MiLP) social accounts.

This is a unique opportunity to manage a sports media brand that reaches millions of people daily. The Social Coordinator will create engaging content, monitor the pickleball ecosystem and drive audience growth across multiple platforms.

Expect to attend various pickleball tournaments, celebrity pro‑ams, brand activations and other events. We are looking for someone who is creative, detail oriented, growth‑minded and an expert in the latest trends and best practices across social media. What You’ll Own

Craft copy and execute posts across a variety of social channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube

Be a master of finding UGC and new content first

Possess strong hook writing and communication skills

Interact with our community of fans and athletes

Own and execute against a social content calendar

Monitor social interactions daily, using feedback to better inform future social executions

Discover new and emerging external creators and implement ways to collaborate on video executions

Execute basic photo and video editing on relevant social platforms

What We’re Looking For

Proficiency using Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, Facebook, Threads, and other emerging social media platforms

Ability to multitask and exercise strong editorial judgement in a fast‑paced environment

Ability and willingness to work flexible hours to cover major events and breaking news

Motivated, self‑starter with a no‑task‑too‑small attitude

Strong written, verbal, communication skills

Ability to react quickly and positively to real‑time trends, hiccups, and comments

Expertise in social trends and culture

Understanding of the Pickleball landscape (Culture, Products, Leagues and Athletes)

Nice To Have

Previous experience in the sports, entertainment, or live events industry

Someone who plays pickleball is a huge plus
