Your Responsibilities

Omnichannel Engagement:

Communicate with customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.

Personalized Support:

Listen to and address customer concerns with care to ensure a positive experience and high satisfaction levels.

Offer clear guidance and effective solutions to help improve customer retention.

Process Improvement:

Identify common customer needs and elevate suggestions for internal enhancements.

Requirements

Languages:

Native or fluent

French

(C1) and proficient

English

(B2).

Legal Status:

Candidates

hold an

EU Passport

or a

valid Work Permit for Spain .

Experience:

Previous background in hospitality, customer service, or financial services is a strong plus.

Soft Skills:
