Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Technical Writer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for our products, services, or processes. This includes manuals, help guides, technical specifications, and online resources.

Responsibilities

Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, API references, and FAQs
Collaborate with engineers, developers, and subject matter experts to gather and clarify information
Organize and present complex information in a clear and concise manner
Edit and proofread documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality
Update existing documentation based on product updates and user feedback
dhere to style guides and document standards
Manage documentation projects and timelines as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Technical Communication, or a technical field (preferred but not required)
3+ Years of relevant work experience
Proven experience as a technical writer or in a relevant role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
bility to quickly grasp complex technical concepts
Experience with IXIASOFT
Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Markdown, Confluence, Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Word, Git)
ble to speak & write English fluently
Experience with multimedia documentation (screenshots, diagrams, video) is a plus
