Client Engagement Coordinator: CRM-Management

PilieroMazza, a business law firm, is seeking a marketing professional whose primary role will be to coordinate all activities related to optimizing the Firm's CRM, HubSpot Marketing Hub. Key Responsibilities
Data Hygiene: Regularly audit and update HubSpot to eliminate duplicates, outdated records, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
New Clients and Contacts: Conduct regular imports of new client and contact data from events, webinars, etc., into HubSpot.
Email Campaign Coordination: Plan and execute email marketing program.
Event Planning: Assist with event planning, including pre-event emails, list reviews, and follow-up emails.
Segmentation and Targeting: Support segmentation strategies to deliver personalized client contact experiences and communications.
Platform Optimization: Support ongoing improvements to processes, functionality, and integration with other systems (e.g., SAM.gov), as well as set up and maintain automated workflows.
Reporting and Insights: Report on and analyze KPIs to assess whether adjustments are needed.
Skills
Must have 1-3 years of experience with HubSpot "Marketing" Hub or similar platform.
Strong Excel skills: experience generating Excel reports for imports and exports, particularly KPIs.
Experience with mass email marketing technology like Mailchimp.
Basic knowledge of HTML coding.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
3-5 years of marketing experience in a professional services (legal or accounting) environment.
Strong attention to detail, as well as superior organizational and project management skills.
Ability to prioritize and complete projects with minimal supervision.
Be responsive to emails and voicemails, with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, experience working independently, as well as within a collaborative, professional environment.
Show sound professional judgment.
