As a CRM Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Relationship Management team supporting global initiatives. What's the Job?
Support the development of the Customer Base platform and segmentation clustering.
Identify opportunities to enhance data collection and management; assist in the development of CRM programs, in line with given objectives.
Assist in maintaining the customer platform and customer segmentation.
Support the Global CRM Team during the implementation of the CRM platform.
Assist in defining use cases for Sales, Service, and Marketing functions that are used as criteria for CRM processes.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related experience.
2+ years of CRM experience and/or Marketing experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills, results driven, good understanding of CRM systems and exposure to segmentation projects.
Strong project management with a focus on execution and rigorous implementation.
