As a Talent Partner (Long Term Temporary Assignment) at The Orchard, you will operate with an agile, iterative approach, embedding yourself with hiring teams to deliver on talent needs. This is an opportunity to operate as a trusted partner to uncover a broad array of talent, deliver a coaching mindset to business leaders on their hiring needs, and collaborate with internal stakeholders throughout the journey.

What you'll do:

Deliver the overall recruiting experience, including developing sourcing plans and innovative search strategies to attract a broad and diverse community of talent; convert prospects to candidates; and manage the pipeline

Operate as a trusted strategic partner to hiring leaders and stakeholders across the organization using a coaching‑infused approach

Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand the scope of each open job, business goals, and what is being solved for

Partner with hiring leaders on future talent needs, including conducting research, creating pipelines, and talent market mapping

Create a meaningful candidate experience by constructing narratives for each open role when going to market, keeping candidates informed with transparency, and educating hiring leaders on the importance of candidate experience

Commit to sourcing, identifying, and nurturing a broad range of candidates and advocate for their consideration

Influence with market insights and offer data‑driven solutions to optimize hiring velocity and quality within an iterative framework

Collaborate with the Director, Talent Acquisition, PX Business Partners, and various stakeholders throughout the process

Maintain high standards when operating within Greenhouse (ATS) to ensure integrity of data

Who you are:

5 years of in‑house recruiting experience; headhunting talent is a plus

You influence outcomes when it comes to finding talent, ask insightful questions, seek to understand, gain clarity, and collaborate to find an optimal solution

You have a healthy obsession with candidate experience

You connect the dots and know which stakeholders to leverage at the right time

Superb communication skills combined with competitive market awareness and growth mindset

You operate with progressive value thinking to iterate your approach: what is going well? what could be done better? what needs to be done differently?

New York Pay Range
$45 - $48 USD
