We’re looking for a seasoned, detail-oriented Production Artist with strong design skills to join our creative team in San Diego. In this role, you’ll help bring creative concepts to life by preparing final files for print and digital executions. This role requires in-depth knowledge of both print and digital production workflows. The ideal candidate will bring a sharp eye for detail along with solid creative and technical skills to execute a variety of production tasks efficiently.
You’ll collaborate closely with designers, producers, and creative leads to ensure all assets are built correctly, following brand guidelines and job specifications.

This is a full-time, onsite role (Monday–Friday) at our San Diego office.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Prepare final production files for print and digital deliverables
Recommend and implement enhancements to images and layouts when appropriate
Adhere to established production standards and job specifications
Additional responsibilities include image retouching, creating presentation decks, and support with general production tasks as needed
Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth project execution
Ensure all deliverables meet production specifications, brand standards, and technical requirements
Preflight, proof, and prepare press-ready files for distribution
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS
Must be available to work onsite daily at our San Diego office, Monday - Friday.
High School diploma. Certificate, AA, or BA a plus but not required
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a production artist or production designer
Agency experience preferred
Experience proofing, pre-flighting, and preparing press ready files
Experience designing and building decks in Keynote and PowerPoint
Knowledge of current production and graphic design trends, retouching techniques, software, and prepress requirements
Proficient Office skills using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Advanced experience in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, InDesign, XD and Illustrator)
Advanced experience in Figma, PowerPoint and Keynote
Experience building HTML5 Banners in Google Web Designer preferred, but not mandatory
