About The Role
Our north star is simple: serve the right customer with the right wine at the right time. As our CRM & Digital Content Specialist, you’ll help make that happen by executing email programs across the full customer lifecycle, coordinating promotional content on our website, and bringing AI tools into your daily workflow across all of it. You’ll work directly under the Head of CRM as a key contributor and thinking partner, with visible impact and real room to grow. Hybrid/Remote.
