Cardinals Organizational Summary
The Arizona Cardinals Football Club is a professional football team within the National Football League (NFL). We compete in the National Football Conference (NFC) West division and call State Farm Stadium, in Glendale, Arizona, our home. Summary
The Coordinator, Partnership Marketing is responsible for execution and fulfillment of the Club’s corporate partnerships, including trademark and promotional rights, stadium signage, media (broadcast, social & digital), consumer promotions, stadium promotions, special events, community relations programs, hospitality, and cause marketing initiatives, all with a focus on delivering measurable return on investment for each assigned corporate partner relationship. The role also creates upsell opportunities for corporate partners and focuses on retention and renewal of existing partnerships.
Primary Job Duties
Manage the execution and activation of the Club's corporate partnerships.
Assist in various special projects and events, collaborating with key stakeholders to advance the organization's goals.
Develop a clear understanding of partners' goals and strategize opportunities to maximize them.
Identify new ways of generating incremental revenue through account upsell and renewal discussions.
Work closely with marketing, promotions, entertainment, and community relations to implement successful promotions, charitable events, and entertainment features, ensuring they meet corporate partner goals and provide maximum ROI.
Maintain records of all asset implementation, including promotions, artwork deadlines, events, and communications.
Produce corporate partner ROI reports detailing performance of all activities and deliverables.
Develop strong business relationships with existing and potential corporate partners.
Communicate across the company, including sales, marketing, content, community relations, ticketing, and finance departments.
Support planning and execution of Corporate Partnerships events with the team.
Coordinate partner fulfillment across events, including private partner events, community initiatives, and in-stadium activations.
Execute Partnership Marketing events across community, stadium, and facility platforms.
Provide on‑site support and leadership for pre‑game hospitality, partner activations, and premium experiences at home games and key events.
Assist in day‑to‑day management of partner accounts and lead select accounts under senior guidance.
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned partners, supporting communication, activation planning, and account coordination.
Track and manage timelines, assets, and deliverables to ensure partners receive all contracted elements.
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to support seamless execution.
Assist in developing event recaps by coordinating content capture and compiling proof of performance.
Coordinate scheduling and fulfillment of talent‑related partnership obligations.
Assist in planning and execution of corporate partner hospitality programs, including road trips and premium experiences.

Qualifications / Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, communications, or equivalent experience.
Experience: At least 1‑2 years of client account management or sponsorship experience preferred.
Skills in client service or account management with emphasis on professional sports teams or advertising agencies.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of client service, marketing, sports and event sponsorship programs.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to multi‑task and work under tight deadlines.
Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
Demonstrate flexibility and creative problem‑solving skills.
Ability to develop outstanding internal and external business relationships.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours may vary.
Must complete all pre‑employment forms and successfully pass a background check.
