What You’ll Do

Build strong, lasting relationships with contractors, vendors, and referral partners

Be out in the field daily—meeting people, networking, and growing your presence

Turn conversations into opportunities through smart follow-up and consistent communication

Represent Kraus Restoration at events, meetups, and industry functions

Create and execute marketing strategies across email, social media, and in-person outreach

Manage your territory like your own business and drive revenue growth
