Chesapeake Search Partners is partnering with a fast-growing communications company supporting mission-critical operations to identify a Digital Marketing Manager. This role is responsible for driving qualified lead generation and measurable revenue growth through website optimization and performance-driven digital marketing.
This is a hands-on role in a lean environment, ideal for someone who enjoys owning execution, improving the website user journey, and continuously optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and continuously improve the company website, with a focus on user journey, conversion rates, and lead generation
- Develop and execute targeted digital marketing strategies that drive qualified leads and support revenue growth
- Manage and optimize digital campaigns (SEO, SEM) with a strong focus on performance and ROI
- Analyze website and campaign performance to identify opportunities, test improvements, and drive measurable impact
- Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to track engagement and refine targeting strategies
- Partner closely with sales to ensure alignment on lead quality, conversion, and pipeline goals
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a SaaS and B2B environment
- Proven experience improving website performance and optimizing the user journey for conversion
- Strong executional experience across digital campaigns (SEO, SEM) with results tied to lead generation
- Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment with ownership over both strategy and execution
- Experience with CMS and marketing automation tools (e.g., Shopify, HubSpot)
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of using insights to improve performance and drive revenue
