Job Summary/Company :
Sparks Group has partnered with a public transit agency and together we are recruiting for a PeopleSoft P2P & Inventory Training Specialist to provide comprehensive

Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

and

Inventory Management

functional training and end-user support. This role is responsible for assessing training needs, designing and developing training materials, and delivering high-quality instruction across multiple formats. The Training Specialist will support all phases of the

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

to ensure training solutions align with system functionality and business processes.
Responsibilities :
Conduct training needs assessments and recommend effective training strategies.
Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training.
Create training materials including manuals, job aids, user guides, FAQs, quick reference guides, simulations, test scripts, and web-based learning tools.
Deliver functional training for Procure-to-Pay and Inventory Management processes.
Utilize

PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management (ELM)

or comparable LMS platforms to deliver and track training effectiveness.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure training aligns with system configuration and business requirements.
Support all SDLC phases including design, testing, implementation, and post-deployment support.
Develop scenario-based training environments that accurately reflect production processes.
Provide functional and technical support to end users, including troubleshooting system issues.
Translate complex business and technical concepts into clear, user-friendly training content.
Train diverse user groups with varying levels of technical proficiency.
Qualifications/Background Profile :

Minimum

10 years of experience

in Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, database administration, operations analysis, or related functional areas.
Hands-on experience delivering training for

PeopleSoft

or similar ERP systems.
Strong working knowledge of

Learning Management Systems (LMS) , preferably PeopleSoft ELM.
Experience supporting training activities within an SDLC environment.
Proven instructional design and facilitation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Pay Range: Hourly $50.00 to $55.00
