Established 35+ year old independent Wheat Ridge insurance agency seeking one licensed P & C/L & H agent for personal/small commercial lines sales and/or Medicare/health sales.

This is a commission-based sales position, not CSR or account manager, with a realistic 80-150k+ potential with up to a 70% split on first year and renewals, no caps on commissions, and no franchise fee. It is possible for new agents to accept a ready-made book of business to help get established, as our current agents retire. Possible draw based on experience and credit. License, sales experience, and good phone/computer/e-commerce skills required.
Compensation: $20,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
