Your Role
Identify potential healthcare candidates utilizing our innovative platform and leveraging your network
Engage with prospects to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive interviews
Maintain connections through follow-ups to ensure continued interest and assist in their hiring journey
Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
