As an Account Executive, your responsibilities will include:
Discovering prospective healthcare candidates through our specialized platform and leveraging your professional network.
Reaching out to engage potential candidates, sharing the exciting opportunities we offer at MLR.
Setting up key appointments that allow candidates to delve deeper into the roles that could define their careers.
Following up diligently to nurture interest and support candidates throughout their journey.
Ensuring thorough and up-to-date record-keeping in our applicant tracking system for seamless tracking of your accomplishments.
Earning lucrative commissions based on your contributions, including scheduled meetings, interviews, and successful hires driven from your leads.
