Your Role

* Identify and engage with potential healthcare candidates through our innovative platform and your professional network

* Reach out to prospective candidates to introduce exciting opportunities at MLR while assessing their interest

* Coordinate meetings between candidates and recruiters for comprehensive evaluations

* Follow up with prospects to maintain enthusiasm and guide them through the hiring process

* Ensure precise and current entries in our applicant tracking system

* Receive commissions based on meetings you set, interviews that occur, and successful hires resulting from your efforts

Your Compensation
