Title: Email Marketing Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking an Email Marketing Coordinator to support the execution and optimization of email campaigns focused on enhancing guest engagement and driving pre-travel bookings. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in email marketing platforms and a strong understanding of campaign deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns end-to-end
- Support the development and deployment of booked-guest email campaigns
- Drive engagement and conversions through personalization strategies
- Consolidate campaign inputs to ensure clear and consistent messaging
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to:
- HTML templates
- Audience segmentation
- Email opt-outs and delivery issues
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence and creative teams on A/B testing
- Manage and coordinate creative assets with internal or external teams
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in email campaign execution
- Hands-on experience with one or more platforms:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (AmpScript preferred)
- Cheetah Digital
- Acoustic (or similar ESPs)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email development
- Familiarity with email personalization and segmentation strategies
- Experience troubleshooting email deployment issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience collaborating with creative agencies or internal design teams
- Background in cruise, hospitality, travel, theme parks, or resorts industry
Additional Notes
- This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence in Miami, FL (4 days/week)
- Strong communication and coordination skills are essential
