Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Support the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels including brand, digital, social, integrated, and partner marketing.
- Assist in coordinating campaign timelines, asset delivery, and approvals between internal teams and external content partners.
- Help manage content requests from STVP to all content partners, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
- Monitor campaign performance, develop go-to-market decks, and support in analyzing KPIs to track results.
- Research market trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to inform campaign planning.
- Collaborate with brand, content, merchandising, and creative teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Support the coordination of events, promotions, and local brand activations as needed.
- Contribute to the organization and maintenance of marketing assets and documentation.
Requirements:
- Level of experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, media, or a related field.
- Experience using AI in marketing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn about marketing strategy, campaign management, and brand communication.
- Detail Oriented.
- Adaptable to different systems (G Drive, Sharepoint, Airtable).
- Motivated, self-starter who is able to complete tasks on tight timelines.
