We are a team of management consultants and data scientists specializing in C‑suite challenges at the intersection of human capital and real estate strategy. Role Overview
We are looking for a curious, detail‑oriented Team Coordinator/ Junior Analyst to join the team. This is a hybrid role that combines substantive analytical and research responsibilities with operational and administrative support for a fast‑moving advisory practice.

Responsibilities
Analytical & Research

Collect, clean, and analyze data from a variety of sources to support workforce and location strategy engagements.

Assist in the preparation of client deliverables including memos, reports, requests for proposals, fee agreements, and confidentiality agreements.

Build and refine PowerPoint presentations for executive‑level audiences.

Contribute to consulting studies examining the relationship between real estate, labor markets, and business performance.

Administrative & Operations

Provide day‑to‑day administrative support, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements; maintaining and distributing calendar itineraries.

Process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Maintain and update deal databases, including deal status, supporting documents, marketing lists, and activity tracking.

Draft and distribute email communications and marketing blasts to client and prospect lists.

Qualifications
Required

Bachelor’s degree.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfort working with data in Excel or similar tools.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Preferred

Exposure to real estate, workforce strategy, or management consulting.

Experience with data visualization tools or programming languages (Python, R, Tableau).

Familiarity with CRM or deal management platforms.
