We’re partnering with a leading global organization in the life sciences industry to find a talented Graphic Designer II to join their in-house creative team.
This is a PowerPoint-heavy digital design role where you’ll work alongside designers, developers, and content strategists to create engaging, data-driven visual content used across global markets.

Title: Graphic Designer II (PowerPoint & Digital Design Focus)
Location: Mettawa, IL (Onsite Tues/Wed/Thurs)
Basis: 12-Month Contract
Portfolio Requirement (Critical):

- PowerPoint presentations (with animations and interactivity)
- Data visualization / infographic work
- Digital design (ads, emails, UI, etc.)
What You’ll Do:
- Design a wide range of digital materials:
- Websites & landing pages
- Banner ads & emails
- Infographics & data visualizations
- Interactive PDFs
- Build and maintain content-heavy, visually dynamic PowerPoint presentations
- Develop interactive UI modules for tablet/iPad experiences
- Translate complex business and scientific information into engaging visual storytelling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including, Designers, Writers, Developers, Project Managers
- Execute work aligned with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in:
- PowerPoint (advanced)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Experience designing:
- Digital assets (web, UI, banners, etc.)
- Data visualizations (charts, graphs, infographics)
- Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience:
- 2+ years in a creative agency or fast-paced design environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, pharma, finance)
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
