We’re looking for a curious, data-driven E-Commerce Marketing Intern to support our growing digital marketing team. You’ll get hands‑on experience running real campaigns across email, SMS, paid, and organic channels — and you’ll be expected to bring an AI‑first mindset to everything you do. This isn’t a coffee‑and‑copies internship; you’ll be doing real work that moves real numbers.
What You'll Do
Build, deploy, and analyze email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, including flows, segmentation, and A/B tests
Support CRM management and lead nurturing workflows in HubSpot, including contact management, deal tracking, and marketing automation
Use Claude and other AI tools to accelerate content creation, campaign briefs, audience research, and performance reporting
Assist in executing omni‑channel marketing strategies across email, social, paid media, SEO, and on‑site merchandising
Monitor campaign KPIs (open rates, CTR, CVR, ROAS) and compile regular performance reports
Collaborate with the design and content team to develop on‑brand assets for promotions and launches
Support product page optimization, promotional calendar planning, and seasonal campaign execution
Research competitor strategies and emerging e‑commerce trends to inform campaign decisions

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Hands‑on experience with Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, segmentation)
Familiarity with HubSpot (CRM, email marketing, or automation)
Working knowledge of Claude or similar AI tools for marketing tasks (copywriting, research, ideation)
Understanding of omni‑channel marketing principles — how email, paid, social, and organic channels work together across the customer journey
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with data and drawing actionable insights from metrics
Bonus Points:
Experience with Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms
Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok for Business
Basic understanding of SEO and on‑site conversion best practices
Experience with Canva, Figma, or basic design tools
What You'll Gain
Real ownership of campaigns with measurable impact
Mentorship from experienced digital marketers
Exposure to a full‑stack e‑commerce marketing operation
A portfolio of live work you can point to
