Following a planned retirement and as part of our continued growth in Sweden, we are strengthening our presence in the Stockholm region. We are now seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow sales across Central and Northern Sweden. This is a permanent role with close collaboration across the Nordic organisation.
What You'll Do
Own and drive regional sales across Central and Northern Sweden
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
Work with customers across higher education, public administration, healthcare, and the corporate sector
Build, develop, and maintain long-term customer relationships through consultative, solution-oriented dialogue
Identify and develop new business opportunities in collaboration with internal teams
Deliver sales reports and market analyses to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement
Collaborate closely with the Account Executive and Nordic colleagues to ensure coordinated market coverage
Represent EBSCO professionally in meetings, negotiations, and presentations
About You
You are an enthusiastic, self-driven, and results-oriented sales professional who combines strong relationship-building skills with strategic thinking.
Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience
Experience in technology, digital solutions, or subscription-based services is advantageous
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into effective sales strategies
Proven ability to build networks and establish long-term customer and partner relationships
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Confident in negotiations and presentations
Structured, proactive, and comfortable working independently from a home-office environment
Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally
Experience working collaboratively in team-based and matrix organisations
Candidate must be located in Sweden
