Description Can you give a high-level overview of your team size, roles, its initiatives/deliverables, and any tool/technologies specific to your team/department/project they will be supporting: This is a newly formed team, totaling 3 people including this hire. The Digital Publishing & Performance team uses data to target audiences and deliver impactful stories to shape perceptions. Tools: Smartsheet, Sprinklr, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X Ads What would "a day in the life" of this role look like?: A day in the life could entail setting up paid social ads, then reporting on performance by updating metrics trackers and analyzing for key learnings. Some meetings to collaborate as a team, but plenty of independent work. What interaction level with this role have the team members and hiring manager? Daily interaction. Collaboration as we build out team objectives, reporting strategies and templates. Team calls 1-2x/week. What would you say is the top priority for the worker over the first few weeks/months?: Creating systems and templates, then testing and learning and optimizing based on learnings. What do you foresee being the biggest challenge in this role? Navigating ambiguity as we test and learn our way into a routine cadence.
Requirements Requirements Years of experience: 6 - 10 years. Is utilities experience required?
