Senior Photo Stylist

JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Photo Stylist is at the heart of the studio-bringing fashion to life through movement, energy, and creativity. This role is perfect for someone who feels at home on set, thrives in a fast-paced photo studio, and loves working with dancers and young talent to create beautiful, expressive imagery.

From styling looks that move effortlessly on camera to collaborating with Hair & Makeup and guiding models on set, you'll play a hands-on role in shaping how every product comes to life. You'll partner closely with the Fashion Director and creative team to execute a clear vision, while adding your own creative instincts to elevate every shoot.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead styling execution across all photo and video shoots, including eCommerce (PDP), catalog, editorial, and campaign work
Ensure all garments are styled with proper fit, proportion, and product accuracy
Manage model outfitting, including pinning, adjustments, and accessory styling
Direct on-set Hair + Makeup execution to align with defined creative direction
Serve as the lead stylist on set and primary point of contact for full-time and freelance stylists
Own styling workflows from pre-production through post-shoot wrap, ensuring efficiency and clarity at every stage
Lead shotlist planning and execution to align styling with production priorities and timelines
Partner cross-functionally with Production, Merchandising, Design, and Creative teams to ensure alignment and product readiness
Oversee sample management, ensuring all garments are prepped, organized, and ready for shoot days
Provide leadership, coaching, and development to stylists, assistants, and support teams while reinforcing standards for quality and performance
QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Merchandising, or a related field preferred

Experience

10+ years of styling experience in a high-volume studio or commercial production environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong understanding of garment fit, styling techniques, and product presentation
Proven ability to manage workflows and improve operational efficiency
Demonstrated leadership experience managing styling teams and on-set execution
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Ability to stay calm, solutions-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
Experience in catalog, eCommerce, or multi-channel production environments preferred
Familiarity with ShotFlow or similar production tools is a plus
