Position Overview
The Marketing & Sales Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative, sales, and marketing support to leadership while coordinating a wide range of marketing, communications, and event-related initiatives. This role works closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to support strategic projects, enhance marketing operations, and ensure efficient day-to-day administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications
Support development and execution of marketing, communications, and promotional initiatives
Oversee website content and digital presence
Manage marketing assets including logos, style guides, and digital files
Assist with the coordination of trade shows and corporate events
Coordinate branded merchandise inventory and usage
Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners
Administrative & Operational Support
Provide administrative support to leadership team and sales representatives
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and internal tracking systems
Process expenses, invoices, and budget-related documentation
Coordinate time sheets, sales reports, and internal program tracking
Perform general administrative duties (email, filing, shipping, etc.)
Events & Project Coordination
Plan and coordinate logistics for tradeshows, sales events, and career fairs
Coordinate logistics, materials, and vendor relationships
Support cross-functional projects and special initiatives
Additional Responsibilities
Assist with recruiting and Career Development Program (CDP) actions
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and team efficiency
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Education & Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required
Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline preferred
Two (2) years of relevant education or experience a plus
Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
Skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Proactive, self-starter with a "can-do" attitude
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Email and calendar/scheduling software (Outlook, Emma, Smartsheet, Calendly)
Website content management systems (CMS)
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday, standard business hours (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM)
