RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Relationship Manager – Secured & Unsecured Lending Business

Responsibilities

Find new micro markets and empanel quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold-backed secured business loan (Suvarna)

Work in the area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads

Cold calling to the potential customer base to generate business

Daily sales calls as per the plan submitted to BBM

Find, nurture and develop excellent relationships with Referral Partners / Connectors

Activate Referral Partners for new business

Provide doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office

Learn the organization’s policies and source files as per the policy

Act as eyes & ears of the organization in the market for new opportunities, competition information, and share with Branch Business Manager

Support customers in end‑to‑end loan processing

Serve as bridge between customers and the branch

Responsible for Soft Bucket collections, early mortality and 12 MOB fresh sourcing

Cross‑sell insurance effectively to loan customers to safeguard their property, health & life

Be the face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the assigned area

Qualifications & Experience

At least 5 years experience working in Retail Assets, especially Home Loans and Loan Against Property

Experience in Affordable Home Loans / Micro LAP business preferred

5+ years overall experience in the mortgages industry, with at least 2 years in the affordable segment

Result‑oriented individual with positive mental attitude and integrity, willing to put in hard work

Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

Go‑getter mentality

Good oral, written and presentation skills

Uncompromising ethical standards and discipline expected

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate with branch, state, zonal teams

Requirements

Any graduation / plus 2 with relevant experience of more than 5 years in Home Loans / Affordable Mortgages Market

Experience in home loans / mortgages sales & distribution
