Requirements

Detail-oriented, self-starting, outgoing, and eager to learn
Strong time and priority management skills
Ability to shift between tasks quickly and re-focus without losing momentum or accuracy
Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high-volume, high-quality output
High school diploma or equivalent required
3+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred
Position Details

Answer phones, greet walk-in customers, and respond to inbound inquiries
Manage customer relationships from initial inquiry through project completion
Consult with customers to assess needs, recommend solutions, and prepare proposals
Oversee projects through design, proofing, production, and installation, including coordinating site surveys
Ensure timely completion and a high level of customer satisfaction
Build long-term relationships and drive repeat business
You will play a key role in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center!

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
