We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team in a role that requires precision, collaboration, and technical expertise. This position involves working closely with scientists and engineers to ensure the accuracy and consistency of color measurements and data management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic experience operating industrial or scientific instrumentation; color metrology experience preferred but not required.
Experience with color measurement instruments such as spectrophotometers and gloss meters.
Strong organizational skills with attention to lab workflows and cleanliness.
Proficient in data entry, analysis, and report creation using standard office tools.
Comfortable working in a collaborative environment with scientists and engineers.
Demonstrated ability to follow protocols and meet tight timelines with precision.
Prior work experience in the client's industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Familiarity with internal databases, templates, or software tools for data management.
Experience in troubleshooting data anomalies and improving measurement processes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Operate and maintain color measurement instruments, including spectrophotometers and gloss meters.
Conduct instrumental measurements and follow established procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Collaborate with engineers and scientists to compare numerical color data with visual assessments, aiding in interpretation and decision-making.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient lab workspace.
Ensure regular instrument calibration and upkeep.
Track inventory and assist with procurement of lab supplies and equipment.
Systematically store and manage measurement data using internal databases, templates, or software tools.
Generate technical reports and data summaries based on measured results.
