To shape culture and influence consumer purchasing habits at scale.
By December 2029, Dreww aims to maintain long-term growth partnerships with 50 active clients, each relying on Dreww to drive measurable revenue through digital channels, while establishing a presence in New York City to support expansion into the U.S. market and beyond.
Role & Responsibilities

The Junior Specialist, Social Media & Copywriting is an entry-level position at Dreww designed for someone ambitious, detail-oriented, and hungry to grow fast in the world of social media and content creation.
This role is not just about support. It is about earning responsibility. You will work closely with Specialists on Always-on social strategies for a portfolio of brands, contributing directly to the creative and operational execution that drives measurable business results.
You will sharpen your writing, creative thinking, and platform understanding at an accelerated pace. Our goal is for you to develop into a Specialist within 6 to 12 months by consistently raising your standards and expanding your ownership.
As a Junior Specialist, you will:
Write high-quality copy in English and French for organic social posts, paid ads, video scripts, and more.
Contribute to the development of short-form video concepts by researching trends and transforming insights into structured ideas.
Support content production by assisting on shoots and understanding how creative direction translates into execution.
Manage community engagement across platforms, ensuring brands remain responsive, human, and culturally relevant.
Assist in launching and monitoring paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
Maintain organized content calendars and publishing workflows.
Compile performance data and help translate metrics into insights.
Participate in client meetings and internal creative discussions.
Continuously improve your craft by studying platform trends, creator economy shifts, and emerging formats.
Qualifications:

6 to 12 months of experience in social media, marketing, or content creation (internships included).
Strong bilingual copywriting ability in English and French.
Deep personal familiarity with Instagram and TikTok culture.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with high standards and accountability.
Strong learning velocity and ownership mindset.
