Digital Marketing Executive

We are a 25+ year young, innovation-led IT & Digital Marketing agency serving primarily US-based clients. We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can independently drive marketing outcomes across channels and own complete client success.
Role Overview

This is an independent contributor role requiring complete account ownership — including strategy, execution, reporting, client communication, and performance optimization.
You will work directly with US/international clients, managing campaigns end-to-end with a strong focus on lead generation, conversion, and ROI.
Ideal Candidate

You are a results-oriented marketer who understands business impact — not just traffic.
Experienced in agency environments managing multiple accounts independently
Comfortable working directly with US/international clients
Strong in SEO + at least one paid channel (Google Ads / Meta Ads preferred)
Confident discussing strategy, budgets, CPL, ROAS, CAC, and attribution
AI-aware and able to use AI tools effectively for execution and content
Skilled in reporting, dashboards, Excel, and performance documentation
You don't just execute — you own outcomes
Must-Have Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of 360° digital marketing experience
Hands-on expertise in SEO + at least one paid channel
Mandatory: Experience working with US or international clients
Minimum 3+ years in agencies or companies serving international clients in a hands-on execution role
Proven independent account management experience (end-to-end ownership)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
International Client & Agency Experience (Mandatory)

Hands-on experience managing live campaigns for US/international clients
Experience must be in execution and performance marketing roles (not coordination/support roles)
Demonstrated ownership of campaigns with measurable outcomes
Ability to clearly articulate:

Clients handled (geography & industry)
Channels managed
Budgets handled
Results delivered (CPL, ROAS, conversions)

Technical & Functional Skills

SEO (technical, on-page, off-page)
Paid Ads (Google Ads / Meta Ads preferred)
MS Excel (pivot tables, reporting)
GA4 & basic analytics
Performance reporting & documentation
Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
Strong understanding of:

Lead generation funnels
ROI & performance metrics (CPL, ROAS, CAC)

Experience with:

Conversion tracking & Google Tag Manager
Multi-channel attribution
Looker Studio dashboards

Ability to align organic + paid strategies for full-funnel growth
Experience working in structured agency environments with defined KPIs
Key Responsibilities

Execute SEO strategies (technical, on-page, off-page)
Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns for lead generation
Improve conversion rates and overall campaign ROI
Set up tracking systems, dashboards, and monthly performance reports
Independently manage US/international clients and present insights
Take full ownership of campaign performance and growth outcomes
Qualifications

Graduate / Postgraduate degree
Certifications in Google Ads, GA4, or Meta Ads (preferred)
Experience Range

3–7 years in agency-based performance marketing with international client exposure
