We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join us as an Executive International Marketing to support our global student recruitment efforts, with a strong focus on digitalcampaign execution across international markets.
This role requires hands-on experience in managing paid digital campaigns, particularly across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, as well as a good understanding of the China social media landscape. You will play a key role in driving engagement, generating leads, and optimizing campaign performance across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management
Work closely with the international recruitment team to execute the paid digital campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms and align campaigns with international recruitment priorities
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, continuously improving ROI through data-driven optimization
Support the development of targeted campaign strategies for different markets, including China
Creative Design & Content Development
Develop and localize content for international audiences across key social media platforms
Apply knowledge of China social media platforms (e.g. WeChat) to ensure relevance and effectiveness
Create and adapt digital marketing assets, including social media posts, ad creatives, and simple promotional materials (e.g. posters, banners)
Manage the development of creative assets, working with internal or external designers where required
Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Marketing Insights & Reporting
Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations
Analyse user behavior and engagement trends to refine targeting and messaging
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends across global and China platforms
