The Role
We are looking for a

Freelance New Business Designer

to join our Enterprise New Business team. This is a highly executional, individual‑contributor role focused primarily on

PowerPoint design , including

custom pitch templates, layout systems, and presentation polish , with

graphic design support

as needed.

You will work closely with new business, strategy, and creative partners to help transform complex ideas into

clear, visually compelling pitch materials

that support Real Chemistry's growth efforts.

What You'll Do

Design and build

high‑impact pitch decks

primarily in

PowerPoint , ensuring clarity, consistency, and visual polish

Create

custom PowerPoint templates and slide systems

tailored to individual new business opportunities, while aligning with Real Chemistry brand guidelines

Translate strategic and written content into clean, engaging layouts that tell a cohesive story

Apply graphic design support as needed (e.g., charts, icons, simple illustrations, visual frameworks)

Partner closely with new business, strategy, and creative teams to meet tight deadlines and evolving pitch needs

Ensure all materials meet Real Chemistry's quality, accessibility, and brand standards

What You Bring

8-10+ years of experience in

presentation design, design production, or similar role , preferably within an agency, consulting, or new business environment

Advanced proficiency in

PowerPoint , with a strong understanding of master slides, templates, and layout systems

Solid design fundamentals, including typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling

Experience with graphic design using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, InDesign) or comparable tools

Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

A collaborative, solutions‑oriented mindset and comfort working with cross‑functional partners

Nice to Have

Experience supporting

new business, pitches, RFIs/RFPs, or growth initiatives

Familiarity with healthcare, life sciences, or highly regulated industries

Experience adapting or extending established brand systems within presentations

Work Arrangement
Flexible, remote‑friendly work environment. For employees within an hour of one of Real Chemistry's offices, attendance in the office is expected two days per week, either at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients. Outside of these offices, people work remotely but come together quarterly for collaboration, culture and learning opportunities.

Compensation
Pay Range: $75-85 per hour

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job‑related, non‑discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
