Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to drive and scale our multi-channel acquisition strategy, spanning SEM, Paid Social, Affiliate, and App marketing. This role is ideal for a well-rounded performance marketing generalist who has hands-on experience across channels, with particular depth in affiliate marketing.

You will own performance across channelsbalancing strategy, execution, and optimizationwhile ensuring efficient growth across key metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROAS. The ideal candidate brings a strong testing mindset, analytical rigor, and cross-channel fluency, with the ability to identify how each channel (including affiliate) contributes to overall growth.

This role reports to the VP of Direct-to-Consumer and plays a key role in driving scalable, efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Skills/Experience:
Key Responsibilities
Own and scale multi-channel performance marketing
Lead strategy and execution across SEM (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads), Paid Social, Affiliate, and App channels
Manage and optimize large monthly budgets directly
Drive performance across CAC, LTV, ROAS, volume, and efficiency
Bring strong affiliate channel expertise
Support and grow the affiliate channel as a key acquisition lever
Manage affiliate partners, networks, and performance optimization
Identify opportunities to scale partnerships and improve incrementality and ROI
Ensure proper tracking, attribution, and compliance across affiliate efforts
Be hands-on across channels
Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across search, social, and affiliate platforms
Continuously test audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages
Actively manage budget allocation, pacing, and forecasts across channels
Use data to drive decisions
Analyze performance across channels using analytics tools and attribution models
Identify cross-channel insights to inform budget allocation and growth strategy
Build and present performance reporting, forecasts, and insights to leadership
Leverage AI and automation
Utilize automation and AI-driven tools across channels to improve efficiency and scale
Test new approaches to creative optimization, targeting, and performance analysis
Stay ahead of trends
Maintain strong knowledge of paid media, affiliate ecosystems, and app marketing trends
Stay current on privacy changes, attribution shifts, and platform updates
Continuously identify new opportunities for growth across channels
Collaborate cross-functionally
Partner with product, lifecycle, creative, analytics, and compliance teams
Align campaigns with broader business goals and customer experience strategies
Communicate performance insights and recommendations to leadership
Qualifications

7+ years of experience in performance marketing across multiple digital channels
Proven experience managing large-scale acquisition budgets (six- to seven-figure monthly spend)
Strong hands-on experience with:
SEM: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads
Paid Social: Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, or similar
Affiliate Marketing: Direct experience managing or scaling affiliate programs
App marketing (preferred)
Demonstrated strength in affiliate marketing as a core channel, including:
Partner and network management
Performance optimization and scaling
Understanding of attribution and incrementality
Highly data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working across multiple channels and understanding their interplay
Comfortable owning both strategy and execution
Experience leveraging automation and AI tools to optimize performance
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Self-starter with a bias toward action and experimentation
Preferred:

Experience in fintech, subscription, or high-growth consumer businesses
