Key Responsibilities

* Contact Pre-Qualified Leads: Oversee all phases from initial client contact, site visits, and contract closure.
* Team Management: Coordinate with owner, sales staff, pre-contract manager, permit technician, engineers and architects to bring the client's vision of their new home to contract.
* Client Experience: Serve as the single point of contact—build trust, manage expectations, and deliver a seamless, white-glove experience through the pre-contract phase.

What We're Looking For

* 5+ years of identifiable high-dollar sales.
* A proven record of bringing deals to closure.
* Exceptional financial and negotiation acumen.
* Strong leadership and communication skills; decisive problem-solver who thrives under pressure.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across job sites.
