Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with 3-5 years of experience in selling direct hire placement services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, strong sales acumen, and a passion for helping clients find the best talent. This role offers an aggressive and lucrative compensation plan, with a potential earning of $100K+.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and act as a trusted advisor in meeting their direct hire placement needs.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and tailor approaches to effectively position The 4324 Group's services.
Lead negotiations with clients, effectively communicate the value of our services, and close deals to achieve sales goals.
Work closely with recruiting teams to ensure alignment on client needs and expectations, ensuring successful placements and long-term client satisfaction.
Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, track progress, and provide regular updates to leadership on sales activities and outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years of proven success in business development, specifically in selling direct hire placement services.
Strong understanding of the sales process with a focus on consultative selling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and influence decision-makers.
Ability to establish and nurture long-term client relationships, and a track record of providing exceptional customer service.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and a sense of urgency.
In-depth understanding of the recruitment industry and trends, with the ability to leverage insights to drive sales.
Proficient in using CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
We offer a very aggressive and lucrative compensation plan with a potential earning of $100K+ annually. This includes a competitive base salary and an uncapped commission structure, providing significant income potential for top performers.
